Ghost Story – The restless soul of an ancestor

In 1694, along, what is now known as murderers lane – Thomas Baker of Melbury Bubb my ancestor twice (maternal and paternal) was murdered by two robbers.

Thomas died where he fell.

His restless soul still haunts the lane where he died. This story is a Dorset favourite and one of the county’s best known.

Below is a link to a video, that I have narrated and tell the story of this haunting.

something spooky for Halloween 🎃 👻
