Autumn Comes Too Soon
Written by Stephen Robert Kuta

It is a beautiful October morning, the autumn leaves are just starting to fall from the trees and they rustle beneath our feet as we walk. I have always loved that sound, ever since I was a boy.
Even though the early light sky is monochrome, grey, dreary The desaturated colours are pleasing to my heart .
Thunder is also emanating from the sky, and the rain is falling.

Autumn, there is warmth in those colours and they fill my heart with love,

Before we begin this little journey, we would like to take a moment and thank each and everyone of you that has been watching the films that Yhana and I have been making. In truth, we still have so much to learn about creating video content but we are both enjoying the experience immensely.

Our little channel is still very young, and we only began creating CONTENT in August 2020. I guess it developed from all of the solitude we experienced from lockdown, and a lot of encouragement from Yhana too. She is a creative soul, always making something out of nothing and always looking for inspirational ideas.

She is also a huge fan of YouTube and had been asking me for months to help begin a channel together. I finally gave in, and I am so pleased I did. As every movie we have made, every journey we have taken together has been a wonderful experience. You Tube offers such a wonderful avenue for creativity that it stands out amongst all of the social media channels collectively. You can be who you want to be, Inspire others however you choose and perhaps even change someones life for the better, inspire them to be stronger, show them that they are not alone and no matter how big our world is, we can all leave a small mark on our shared world.

This video we are creating now, is our way to say thank you to all of you, for watching, subscribing and liking the films we have created. We have just passed a small milestone, 1000 subscribers which makes our channel Opal, so for us this is a big step and gives us a huge amount of encouragement to continue.

Yhana and I thank you all so very kindly.

Summer has come to an end, and the last warmth of sunshine is slowly fading. Soon, the trees will lay bare their branches and the crisp amber leaves of fall will carpet the ground before us.
I am sorry to see summer leave once more, but Autumn’s fall brings such beautiful colour that I can’t help but look forward to it.
The fading autumn light is one of the best times of the year to photograph what we see around us, whether it be the casting shadows of trees and architecture or the rolling hills of countryside, a gentle flowing stream or a person that you love. Photography is a passion that both Yhana and I share and you can also make the most of the amber, greys, browns and oranges that autumn’s colour gives to us. whether your choice of medium is a camera or paint brush creativity is beautiful.

When we are not photographing the beauty around us, we are often making the most of our time and taking a moment to stroll along the country pathways and woodland that our beautiful village has to offer.

We even take our bikes out for a spin just to soak in the ambience and solitude, you never know what you will see. Deer running past, Hawks flying overhead, Rabbits, Hares, Pheasants and it never fails to bring a smile to our faces.
