Thomas Francis of Wonersh, blacksmith, sick 12 Jan 1679/80
to my eldest son Thomas house and land Hakins, Gunters and Dowley, Wonersh willed him by his grandfather and £1; to my son John Francis £30 and £10 my son Thomas Francis promised him at 21; to my daughter Elizabeth Francis £25 at 21; to my daughter Catherine Francis £25 at 21; to my son William Francis £30 at 21; to my daughter Ann Francis £25 at 21; to my son Samuel Francis £30 at 21; to my son Robert Francis £30 at 21; to my daughter Jane Francis £25 at 21; to my son Edward Francis £30 at 21; to my son James Francis £30 at 21; if my wife Catherine remarries her husband to have nothing to do with children’s portions; to my wife four closes of land I bought from John Balchin in Wonersh to be sold to pay my debts and legacies; if my son Thomas buys the four closes he to have them at price another will pay; residue to my wife, exec.
