to William Beacham son of my son John lease of lands bought from George Stoughton, also three closes of arable land and a brook, lying beyond the lands at Halebourne joining Sherrats Grove, the grove now in the occupation of Henry Lee of Windlesham, furniture and a stall of bees; to Jane Beacham daughter of my son John Beacham £20 when she reaches 21, to be paid to Henry Sponge, jnr. and John Beedell, jnr. and a stall of bees; to Joan wife of my son John Beacham £2; to my brother Thomas Beacham £2; to each of his children £1; to daughters Elizabeth wife of John Bonsey of Horsell and Joan wife of Owen Hudson £2 each; to my sister Mary wife of Robert Thatcher of Chertsey £2; to each of her children £1; to my sister Alice wife of John Beedell, jnr. £2; to Elizabeth wife of Henry Sponge, snr. £2, livestock and a stall of bees; to William son of Henry Sponge, snr. £10 when he is 21, and my part of the bees we share; to Henry Sponge, RogerSponge, JohnSponge, Thomas Sponge and Elizabeth Sponge children of Henry Sponge, snr. £2 each when they are 21; to John Bonsey, ThomasBonsey, RichardBonsey, Elizabeth Bonsey and Ann Bonsey children of John Bonsey my son in law £20 each when they are 21; to Owen Hudson of Chobham £20; to Owen Hudson, EdwardHudson, Jane Hudson and Mary Hudson children of Owen Hudson £20 to each child my daughter Joan Hudsonis carrying £20 if born alive; to Owen son of Owen Hudson furniture and effects; residue to my son John Beacham, exec.
