2. In the name of God: soe be it. I
3. Christofer Myntern of Chedington in the Countye of Dorss[e]tt
4. and dioces of Bristoll Clerke beinge whole of Bodie and of
5. good remembrau[n]ce (praised be god) Doe make and ordeyne
6. this my Last Will and testament in manner and forme
7. followinge First I geve and bequeathe my Soule to ~
8. Almightie god my Redeemer And my Bodie to the xρian [Christian]
9. Buriall. Item I give to Agnes my nowe wife, and my will
10. is that shee shall have take and enioye to her benefitt use & behoofe
11. all the yssues profitt[es] and Com[m]odityes of all my Landes tenement[es]
12. and possessions w[hi]ch I nowe have in North Perrott in the county
13. of Somerss[e]tt duringe her naturall life And alsoe I give her all
14. the rest of my good[es] cattells chattells and debtes moveable and
15. unmoveable makinge her my whole Executrix. / In wittnes
